At Identity Care Housing we offer  supportive accommodations that have a homely environment focusing on the needs of each and every young person.

We offer bespoke support packages to assist our young residents. With a clear focus on individual needs, we offer a tailored and therapeutic programme, ensuring that our young people thrive and exceed expectations whilst in our care. We have many success stories!

Identity Care Housing offers supported accommodation to young people aged 16-25 years old who are transitioning from residential care and/or foster placements.

We are aware of the difficulties and obstacles that young people face during the transition into supported accommodation. Our staff are experienced and qualified to meet these challenges and understand the importance to support young people to reach and maximise their full potential.

All of our staff are trained in crisis management and the care we deliver has an emphasis on therapeutic support. Simply put we go above and beyond.

Our Homes

Our homes have all the comforts of a regular home located within the local community.

Our homes offer a structured, supportive and nurturing environment where young people have the opportunity to have a say were their views, wishes and feeling are a focus of the service that we provide.

Our homes are located close to all amenities, in addition there is a plethora of additional  services with includes the following: shopping, gyms, cinema, restaurants, cafes, leisure centres and a number of nature parks and trails.
